Destination Marketing Organization

Sometimes used interchangeably with Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). Also known as tourist boards, tourism authorities, or convention and visitor bureaus, DMOs are non-profit organizations that promote a destination to attract visitors and develop the local economy.
