Ulnar nerve

The ulnar nerve supplies intrinsic hand muscles and sensory innervation to the medial side of the hand and digits. Compression or trauma—commonly at the cubital tunnel—can lead to numbness, weakness, or clawhand deformity. Management can range from conservative bracing to surgical decompression.
