Retrograde Pyelogram

A Retrograde Pyelogram uses a cystoscope to inject contrast into the ureters, visualizing the renal collecting system in reverse. Often indicated when intravenous urography or other imaging fails to clarify obstruction, it can identify ureteral stones, strictures, or tumors.
