Hypothenar hammer syndrome

Hypothenar hammer syndrome results from repetitive trauma to the ulnar artery at the base of the palm, leading to vascular injury or thrombosis. Clinically, patients may experience ischemic symptoms in the ring or little finger, necessitating vascular evaluation.
