Genioglossus Advancement

Genioglossus Advancement is a surgical procedure targeting obstructive sleep apnea by pulling the tongue base forward. By reattaching the genioglossus tendon more anteriorly, it enlarges the airway lumen and can improve nighttime breathing in appropriately selected patients.
