Chondroplasty lateral femoral condyle

Chondroplasty of the lateral femoral condyle involves debridement and smoothing of damaged articular cartilage. It is performed arthroscopically to alleviate knee pain, slow cartilage deterioration, and potentially postpone the need for more extensive reconstructive surgery.
